Rule 8
Can register nomination papers

(1) A person who wants to be a candidate in an election held in accordance with the first-past-the-post election system and who has qualified according to the constitution and the law may register or have the nomination paper registered at the election officer's office on the date and time specified in the notice of the election program by himself or through his representative, proposer or supporter. (2) ) According to sub-rule (1) when registering or getting the nomination papers, one person must have proposed and the other person has supported and duly stamped. Such proposer and supporter must be attached with the nomination paper including the name included in the voter list of the rural municipality or municipal ward under the same electoral area. (3) In accordance with sub-rule (1) when the nomination paper of a person is registered or arranged, if the proposer and supporter are different persons. Two nomination papers may be registered or conducted. (4) In the election held according to the proportional election system, the person whose name is included in the closed list of candidates submitted by any party shall be elected first and shall not be a candidate in the election held according to the election system and such person shall not be nominated as a candidate.
